Brought up in the Kickstart family through Campus Founders Fund, Sydnie joined the team full time after a stretch in management consulting. As an investor, she is particularly interested in SaaS, marketplaces, and solutions disrupting the healthcare space, but enjoys maintaining a broad vertical focus for the time being. Empowering female founders, as well as the next generation of entrepreneurs, is central to Sydnie’s mission as an investment professional, which is clearly evident by the time she devotes to mentorship and community involvement. She loves the fast pace of venture capital and that every single day presents an opportunity to learn something new. When not in the office, she can be found with her guitar on stage or exploring the Rocky Mountains with her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Storm.
